Addition
Chief Joshua Dax Zeno needs to count the extra seatbelts left in the main cabin. Adding these supplies up will reveal our first major clue about the hijacker's gear.
Solve each problem to learn its letter. Then write that letter in every box that shows the same number, and read the secret clue.
Subtraction
The rogue pilot dumped several fuel canisters into the clouds. Subtracting the empty tanks from the starting total will help us crack the flight deck security lock.
Solve each problem to learn its letter. Then write that letter in every box that shows the same number, and read the secret clue.
Multiplication facts (1-12)
We found rows of matching luggage in the cargo hold. Multiplying the rows of bags gives us the bypass code for the engine override system.
Solve each problem to learn its letter. Then write that letter in every box that shows the same number, and read the secret clue.
Fractions of a number
The cockpit computer screen only shows a fraction of the remaining battery level. Finding this fraction of the total volts will boot up the suspect profile.
Solve each problem to learn its letter. Then write that letter in every box that shows the same number, and read the secret clue.
Fractions of a number — the last clue
Only a small fraction of the emergency escape pods are still active. Calculating this fraction of the pods lets us pinpoint where the suspect is hiding.
First solve each problem. Then find each answer in the list below and cross that sentence out. One sentence will be left — that's exactly what the villain did!
